Entry-level resume template
This one-page template gives education, projects, internships, campus work, and transferable skills the order they deserve—without inventing professional experience.
The preview is fictional. Starting the workflow is free; the strengths report comes before account creation or payment. A finished first resume costs $1.99 as a one-time purchase.
Fictional product sample. Names, schools, projects, scope, and outcomes are illustrative.

Degree, school, and graduation context are easy to verify
02
Coursework and capstones are not disguised as employment
03
Balanced density leaves room for evidence without filler
04
A conservative US-style structure keeps attention on capability
Translate learning into evidence
Entry-level resumes become credible when projects name what was built, what the candidate personally did, which tools were used, and how the result was evaluated.
Problem
Recurring capacity gaps in a campus food-recovery program
Action
Cleaned and joined 18,000 donation and pickup records in SQL
Artifact
Built a Tableau dashboard with documented definitions and refresh steps
Evidence-rich output
Cleaned and joined 18,000 donation and pickup records in SQL to identify recurring capacity gaps.
Course projects, volunteering, clubs, campus jobs, and internships can all supply evidence. They must be labeled honestly and never inflated into full-time employment.
Experience-light, evidence-rich
The template does not leave a large empty employment section at the top. It follows the fixed manifest order in the browser preview, PDF, and DOCX.

Download the fictional fixture to check text selection, section order, spacing, and editability. It is a product sample—not a free generated resume and not a promise about any employer’s parser.
Upload a PDF, DOCX, screenshot, or readable resume image—or use the guided flow if no resume exists.
Review the strengths report and map supported experience to the job instead of copying its keywords.
Keep Entry-Level, review the real preview, edit every claim, and export PDF and DOCX.
Research method and originality
We reviewed current entry-level template and advice results on July 26, 2026. The consistent useful intent was not just a blank layout: searchers needed a real one-page example, guidance for limited experience, and an editable download path.
The template represents projects as projects and employment as employment. That distinction is enforced in both the generation schema and the edit screen so users can correct names, dates, context, and bullets before export.
Current public references included Indeed entry-level resume guidance and CareerOneStop resume guide. Guidance and examples do not constitute a universal ATS guarantee. Inspect the shipped files with the ATS Resume Checker.
Entry-Level FAQ
Start with education, then add verified projects, internships, campus work, volunteering, clubs, or relevant coursework. Describe your own action and the artifact or outcome instead of pretending a project was a job.
It can when education and projects are more relevant than limited work history. Once directly relevant professional experience becomes the stronger signal, a work-first template may be clearer.
Yes. Both fictional files come from the same production renderer used by the product, so you can inspect text selection, section order, spacing, and editability.
No. The generation rules allow projects and certifications only when the source resume or a confirmed answer supports them. The guided workflow should ask for coursework, volunteering, or other real evidence instead.
Upload your current resume, review the strengths report, target one role, and keep Entry-Level selected for the final preview.
